Michael Jackson reportedly could not attend the auditions for his upcoming London tour and left dancers facing disappointment after replacing his presence with a video link.

The King of Pop had allegedly requested a Thriller-style routine and a solo piece from each of the 500 dancers during the selection at an LA studio.

“Dancers were so excited about meeting him - on the verge of hysteria,” the Sun quoted a source as saying.

The 50-year-old would purportedly shortlist 50 artists to shake a leg with him when he takes to the stage at O2 arena from July until next February to perform 50 concerts.

According to sources, the singer will be present at the next audition.

Michael Jackson non ha potuto partecipare ai provini a cui era stato invitato. I ballerini erano entusiasti di incontrare MJ ma lui si è solo limitato a fare un collegamento via video. MJ avrebbe chiesto a tutti i 500 partecipanti di uno studio di L.A. di ballare un pezzo tratto da Thriller e una performance a piacere. Il Re del Pop avrebbe ristretto la lista a 50 partecipanti per esibirsi con lui nei prossimi show.
Secondo alcune fonti, il cantante sarà presente alla prossima audizione.

In in'intervista recente però, fatta a due ragazze che hanno partecipato alle audizioni, hanno dichiarato che Michael è stato li un giorno e lo hanno anche descritto fisicamente.
