una band non è semplice di questi tempi ed Activision ha preso "la
palla al balzo" proponendo il quarto capitolo di una delle serie più
apprezzate su console e su PC (il terzo capitolo ha superato il milione
di copie): chitarra, batteria e microfono, pronti a suonare con Guitar Hero World Tour?

Guitar Hero è diventato ormai un brand a cadenza annuale, un fattore
che il produttore americano ha dovuto considerare in questo quarto
capitolo: ed infatti alla chitarra sono stati aggiunti due nuovi
strumenti, la batteria e il microfono, rendendo quindi completa
l'esperienza di gioco.

Non solo strumenti: Guitar Hero World Tour offre varie modalità
single player e multiplayer (online e offline) in parte riprese da Legends of Rock e in parte introdotte in esclusiva. Alla modalità Carriera, in cui è possibile cimentarsi con un solo strumento, si è aggiunta la modalità Gruppo per suonare insieme ad altri 3 amici e la modalità Battaglia tra Band (solo online) che offre una super sfida tra band per un massimo di otto giocatori. Ultimo ma non per importanza è lo Studio Musicale
dove ogni giocatore o aspirante musicista può creare, tramite gli
strumenti, qualsiasi brano da condividere con tutto il mondo con il neo
arrivato GHTunes (dal quale è possibile scaricare, legalmente e a
pagamento previa promozioni, ulteriori brani).

Ben 87 i brani originali presenti, tra le tante leggende del rock vi
sono: The Eagles, Van Halen, Metallica, Michael Jackson e i The Doors;
Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Corgan e Travis Barker hanno invece prestato la
loro immagini per rendere l'esperienza ancora più realistica.

Guitar Hero World Tour è disponibile per Xbox360, Wii, Playstation3,
Playstation2 e PC (su NintendoDS è invece disponibile Guitar Hero On
Tour Decades) ed è venduto in varie soluzioni (solo DVD, DVD e
chitarra, pack completo con tutti gli strumenti).
